Phil Hagan, JD MBA MPH, is a senior strategic consultant and litigator with expertise in risk assessment and management, environmental health and safety, corporate governance and sustainability, mergers and acquisitions, liability management and remediation, and change management. He has more than 30 years of demonstrated experience across the education, healthcare, government, and industrial sectors, both domestically and internationally in countries, such as Mexico, India, Italy, China, Yemen, Egypt, and more. Robert Michael Murray is a digital innovator, senior strategist, brand builder, and storyteller who's worked across a variety of industry sectors with major brands, agencies, and public figures. Murray has spoken around the globe on a variety of topics: social media and emerging technologies; pervasive to persuasive technologies; the power and limitations of media; digital and transmedia storytelling; data patterns and trend analysis; and the varied ways in which technology intersects with people (e.g., race, gender, sexuality, etc.), culture, society, politics, and human rights.

Philip Hagan, JD MBA MPH

Philip Hagan, JD MBA MPH, is a strategic consultant and litigator with expertise in risk assessment and management, environmental health and safety, corporate governance and sustainability, mergers and acquisitions, liability management and remediation, and change management. He has more than 30 years of demonstrated experience across the education, healthcare, government, and industrial sectors, both domestically and internationally in countries, such as Mexico, India, Italy, China, Yemen, Egypt, and more.Mr. Hagan effectively collaborates with cross-functional partners and senior leadership. And has a proven aptitude for implementing innovative solutions to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, achieve corporate objectives, and protect public health and safety. He now helps companies build capacity in a variety of areas, including risk assessment, regulatory compliance, global transformation, trade relations, strategic planning, internal safety practices, and core operations.He maintains a professional focus on emerging threats and organizational responses to epidemics, hazardous material incidents, weather extremes, and political unrest. He serves on D.C. Department of Health Environmental Public Health Tracking Advisory Committee and Editorial Advisory Board for the National Safety Council Technical Publication Committee. And as an active member of the American Bar Association (ABA), he is on the Environmental Issues in Business Transactions Committee, International Environmental Law Committee, the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee, etc.Hagan is admitted to practice law before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Federal Court of Appeals, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, International Court of Trade, Commonwealth of Virginia among others. He also served as an adjunct professor, where he taught courses such as Health Impacts of the Environment and Environmental Science Law/Policy. And is a published author and has spoken at conferences around the globe.
